Frame on AHV Networking Configuration Options¶
The drop-down menus contain a brief summary, networking topology diagram, and networking ports/protocol summary table for each networking configuration combination.
Frame Guest Agent 8 with FRP7 (Default)¶
Configuration Options
Use the tabs below to find FGA 8 networking information based on your network configuration with or without Streaming Gateway Appliance (SGA).
Private Networking requires users to access virtualized applications/desktops from within the organization’s network. Virtualized applications/ desktops must communicate to the Internet through the organization’s network. With Private Networking, there is no direct Internet access to/from workload VMs.

Private Networking with SGA enables users to access virtualized applications/desktops from the Internet using a single public IP address. Virtualized applications/desktops must communicate to the Internet through the organization’s network. With Private Networking and SGA, there is no direct Internet access to/from workload VMs.

Frame Guest Agent 8 + FRP8 (WebRTC)¶
Configuration Options
Use the tabs below to find FGA 8 + FRP8 (WebRTC) networking information based on your network configuration with or without Streaming Gateway Appliance (SGA).

Note
For Frame accounts using private networking with SGA, if two or more SGA VMs are deployed, the individual SGA VMs must have a corresponding public IP address for users to access the SGA VM via FRP 8 (WebRTC), in addition to the public IP address for the wildcard SGA subdomain for FRP 7 (WebSocket). If there is only 1 SGA VM, then the public IP address for the SGA VM can be the same as the public IP address of the wildcard SGA subdomain.

Streaming Gateway Appliance (SGA) 3.X Management¶
Customer administrators may wish to access the SGA Management Console or to SSH into the SGA VMs from their private network. Depending on their network security policies, customers may need to enable access from their private network to the SGA VMs for following protocols/ports:
SGA Management Console: tcp/8888 (HTTP)
SSH: tcp/22
CCA 2.x
Frame Cloud Connector Appliance 2.x has been deprecated, as of October 31, 2020. If you need access to the ports/protocols networking information for CCA 2.x, use the download links below to obtain PDFs for each configuration. These tables are for historical reference only and should not be used in new Frame networking configurations.
